Request for Duplicate Renewal Application

To obtain a duplicate renewal application, please provide the MREC with the information requested below and click submit. NOTE: BROKER LICENSES EXPIRE ON JUNE 30TH. DUPLICATE BROKER RENEWAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER MAY 1. SALESPERSON LICENSES EXPIRE ON SEMPTEMBER 30TH. DUPLICATE SALESPERSON RENEWAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER AUGUST 1.

If you do not know your license number, use the arrow in the upper left corner to go back to the Commission's main web page. Click on MREC Licensee Search. Leave the Profession Name at ALL. Click on Licensee Name and type your name in the text box provided. Be sure to enter your name specifically as requested (i.e. Doe, John). Click the Search button. When your license record is found, click on Detail to obtain the license number.
