Licensees please provide the Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors with any change in your mailing address, telephone #s or email address. You may use the form below to electronically report changes to your record and click submit.

If you prefer you can submit your changes in writing to Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors, PO Box 1335, Jefferson City, MO 65102-1335, email osec@pr.mo.gov, or fax to (573) 751-6301. Please include your last name, first name, license number, and effective date of your changes submitted.
