Notes: Notice is hereby given that the Missouri Board of Pharmacy will conduct a closed meeting via electronic mail ballot at 10:30 a.m. on October 22, 2026, as authorized by § 610.021(1) and (14), RSMo, and §§ 324.001.8 and .9, RSMo. The Board will meet solely in closed session pursuant to §§ 610.021(1) and (14), RSMo and §§ 324.001.8 and .9, RSMo, for discussing complaints, investigative reports and/or information pertaining to a licensee or applicant for licensure. A tentative agenda is attached.
