Notes: Notice is hereby given that the Office on Women's Health with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, having duly voted to close the Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review meeting, as authorized by 610.021(5), (14), (16), RSMo, 192.067, RSMo and 42 U.S.C. 290dd-2; 42 C.F.R. Part 2; the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 as amended ("HIPAA") and the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (HIPAA "Privacy Rule") found at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, will conduct a closed meeting from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109, in person and via teleconference.
